COVID-RTP

Last Updated: Friday, 08-Apr-2022 11:22:11 EDT

This page is based largly on our experiences getting 10-Pin Bowling back up and is likely to grow. Other clubs input would be most welcome.

Your Web Page
When you enter step 3 you will receive the COVID Vaccine declaration link for your club. That would be a good time to contact your webmaster ( me ) to start updating your club's page. Have a look at the 10-Pin or 5-Pin pages, especially under Enrollment, for what I am doing as clubs reach this part of the process.
There will be a link to the Vaccine Declaration Form specific to your club.
The Enrollment section will be standard and includes the Covid-19 Response Plan that you are required to send to your members and links to SOO instructions for self enrollment on the portal.
Your session
You will need to have your new session created and submit your enrollment for Head Coach or Team Manager. As previous sessions have expired you may need to have the session created, and the first enrollment accepted by

  • Community Coordinator: Joe Cuzzolino: 905-257-5114
  • You may also contact Pratima or Farkhanda for this.
Before attending in-person programming
A member must have submitted proof of full vaccination through the program specific link. The Head Coach or Team Manager should receive confirmation as well as the member; however this does not always seem to happen.
A member must have signed off on waivers; this happens as part of submitting an enrollment on the portal.
A member must submit an enrollment request through the portal, or an athlete's Family Admin must submit a request.
The Enrollment request must be approved.
A COVID-19 Declaration Form must be filled out and handed in. Please note that this is separate from the Proof of COVID vaccination!
Family Admin
I have in the past recommended that the clubs get athlete's parents to become Family Admin . This season (2021-22) I really pushed it for athletes who will not be able to manage themselves on the portal. Note, the the terms Family Coordinator and Family Admin seem to be interchangeable.
If a parent can submit the enrollment for their athlete they sign off on the waivers in that process, eliminating the need for paper waivers. This will save a LOT of time, worth it considering the paperwork required to Return to Program.
